Thanks to

This IS a legit link, I checked it out.
You can also go to http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,i d=177937,00.html, scroll down to the header "Economic Stimulus Payment Calculator" and choose "Where's My Stimulus Payment?"
You need to have either your SSN or the SSN of the first person who's on the return, and the number of exceptions you claimed, which can be found on line 6d of your return.
Ours was reduced, WTF. Fantastic. (ETA: Apparently has something to do with our pre-tax amounts, buh something. Calling IRS.)
ETA: Called IRS. On hold to "Nutcracker Suite." Just now realizing the irony of that selection.
Testy person on the other end. Believes explaining means saying the same thing over and over as I try desperately to tease nuance from being told the same thing over and over.
It was a matter of asking the right question, which was, "WHAT tax credits I took affected the payment?"
Our Stimulus was reduced due to my business performing poorly and the write-offs I took.
I really hate this week. Hard.

We e-filed through TurboTax, though, and I'm wondering if that's the difference. We had our refund direct-deposited, but it came through Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, not directly from the IRS.
It's a shame, because with direct deposit, I was scheduled for the 9th, now I'm set to receive it by June 26th, *sigh*
Good luck!
For whatever reason, not only is ours not due to be transmitted until FRIDAY, but it was REDUCED.
Motherfucker. I think I hate this week much hard.
However, I can't wrap my head around divalea getting one reduced. WTF.
There's a reason I do webcomics: looking for freelance work is fucking demoralizing.
Yours was REDUCED? What the hell?
Post-con fatique, coming home to a truly douche-y post at another site, the divorce issues, a lack of money because of douche-y IRS, bank and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
It just sucks so globally it's breathtaking.
Sending good wishes for much better times ...
Me, I'm so glad for webcomics, it's almost orgasmic. While there are still many total douchebags in webcomics, you don't have to deal with them to make webcomics or a living from same.
Mine was always going to be small. :( But right now, every penny helps.
