COMIC BOOK TATTOO: Article on The Pulse with ART!

Y'all can FINALLY see a page of my story from Comic Book Tattoo! For recent arrivals, CBT is an anthology of comics inspired by the music of Tori Amos.

Yeah, I looked all through the article to find some acknowledgment of Lea and - nada. But I KNEW that was her art! I saw it last night. Late.

It is supposed to be in comic stores next Wednesday, the 23rd, but Amazon shows it as being available now.

Sparkly bunny vomit and pretty painterly stuff on top and all the niiiice pastels and neutrals are quite with the WIN.

But I agree with the other people who said that you should have been namechecked in the article at least. I don't know how they do things in the comic book capital "i" Industry(tm), but that strikes me as weird and kind of not cool. It wouldn't kill them to list the artists, even if there were tons of them. And/or call you for a comment or a few questions.

Oh well. Pretty. Weird pretty. Which is the best kind of pretty.

I'll get interviewed eventually. I ahev been namedchecked in the Comic Shop News article. I contributed, and I busted my ass, but Rantz is still the dude who put this, pulled this together, and Tori who shared her music.
